I created this standards and procedures manual for Wawa’s Space Planning department. My goal was to train new Floor Planners to ensure that everyone in the department was working to the same standards. I met with my teammates to understand their preferred learning styles and to ensure that my prototype pages were clear and understandable before writing the remainder. I delivered the finished manual to each team member in printed form, and I conducted a group training session to familiarize everyone with its content and usage.
