I wrote this white paper as my final project for my Technical Communications I class at UCSD. Its purpose is to inform architects and contractors of the advantages of using prefabricated exterior wall panels for large, commercial construction projects. Many of the assignments in the earlier weeks of the class led up to this final paper. Featured after it are the primary and secondary personas as well as the project specification. Although the white paper was written about the company I worked for at the time, the other companies represented in the personas are fictional.
